[What is Best Flexible Rate?] This is the basic accommodation rate for our hotel. The rate varies depending on the reservation and date of stay, so we will always propose the best accommodation rate to our customers. You can make a reservation even on the day, so we can accommodate sudden changes in your travel plans. Enjoy your trip with a convenient plan that gives you great value and freedom. [Other facility usage] ・There is a free shuttle bus between Karuizawa Station and the hotel. For details, please check "Access" on the top page. ・The large bath and fitness center on the 1st floor can be used free of charge. (A card key is required to enter and exit) The large bath is a large bath with a carbonated spring open-air bath surrounded by nature, and you can relax in the open feeling. There is also a sauna and a cold bath. ・Large bath and sauna hours: 6:00-23:00 ・Gym hours: 24 hours ・Children under 17 years of age are not allowed. [Children's accommodation] ・Up to one child (0-12 years old) can sleep with one bed and one adult. ・If you require a baby cot (free of charge) or sofa bed for your child, please contact the hotel in advance.
