From the Tokyo metropolitan area, it takes one hour by Shinkansen. It is located along the bypass, 17 minutes from Usui Karuizawa IC, and is easily accessible by train or car. ◆For those using the shuttle service (hotel ⇔ JR Karuizawa Station south exit)◆ From hotel 09:30 10:00 11:00 12:00 Departing from JR Karuizawa Station South Exit 14:50 15:40 16:20 17:00 18:00 19:00 No reservation required. The taxi departs from the taxi stand located under the stairs on the outlet side (south exit) of Karuizawa Station. Hotel staff will be waiting for you during the above hours, so please let us know when you arrive. If you would like to use the service to get to the station on your way home, please ask the front desk, as we will guide you in order. *Delays or route changes may occur depending on traffic conditions.
